Audra Miller: The Angelic Singer of First to Eleven from Erie, PA

Audra Miller singing a cover of "Home Sweet Home" by Motley Crue for her band First to Eleven

Audra Miller is an absolute vocalist legend. This is why the Grammys are a travesty. We have talents like her that go relatively unnoticed by the music industry establishment. Below is her latest cover with her Erie, Pennsylvania band, First to Eleven. Her rendition of “Lips of an Angel” was literal divinity last week, but this cover of “Home Sweet Home” by Motley Crue tops it!

First to Eleven does covers of so many of my all-time favorite songs. I actually found them for the first time in May 2020 when I was looking for a rock version of Katy Perry’s “ET” and I’ve been hooked on them ever since!

Along with current F211 member Sam Gilman and former member Matt Yost, Audra also had an original project called Concrete Castles. Sadly, this project seems now defunct. But there’s likely to be some original music from Audra coming in 2025.

Meanwhile, enjoy my favorite Concrete Castles, “Running from the Daylight”
