Waitsfield, Vermont is a cute little town just south of Stowe and Montpelier. Unfortunately, on this particular day that I happened to be there, none of the interesting places, such as the Madsonian Museum of Industrial Design, were open due to COVID. Even the nearby independent bookstore was closed, making for a very disappointing stop. Fortunately, one of my favorite things to see is covered bridges, and this covered bridge on the aptly named Bridge Street at least presented a photo opportunity. It crosses the Mad River, and I also took a shot of the river below from the pedestrian side of the covered bridge. I also took a wider view of the bridge from the Bridge Street Marketplace.
