“The Girl With No Hips” (Poetry)

There is no bounce to her walk
Making all the pretty girls talk
Her steps are narrow and straight
Giving her an awkward ungainly gait
They call her the girl with no hips
She solemnly purses her sweet lips
She doesn’t dare to try and dance
Or attempt any fondly sweet romance

She has a sugary sweet kiss
Which all the boys don’t seem to miss
She has eyes blue like the sea
And a cute nose that says poke me
Her dark hair is short and messy
She wears humble and baggy dressing
Shout, stout, and not too pretty
She feels like a hopeless ugly Betty

But her heart is hot as hell
Forever desperate to break from her shell
Her mind is full of wondrous dreams
Ready to tear the world at its seams
To turn perceptions upside down
Turn the most downhearted soul around
The girl puts her hands on her nothing hips
Says no more kissing ass with these lips

As the girl with no hips
Creates a brand new world
With only her fingertips
