Photophile Musings: Taconic Mountains Ramble State Park in Vermont

On May 25, 2021, Thomas Slatin and I paid a visit to one of the newest state parks in Vermont called Taconic Mountains Ramble. Not only is the entry free, but it’s one of the more impressive state parks she and I have personally seen – and we have been to many in the Northeast United States. It was a tiring, but very rewarding hike through the trails up Mount Zion. Here are a few photos I snapped with my smartphone to let Nature speak for itself.

Writing words, spreading love, Amelia Desertsong primarily writes creative nonfiction articles, as well as dabbling in baseball, Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, and whatever else tickles her fancy.
