“Non-Judgmental” (Poetry)

non judgmental poetry phoenix desertsong

“Non-Judgmental”  is a poem about how people being judgmental can be quite detrimental, while hoping for people to be more non-judgmental.

Fear and judgment rain on my head
Like they’re sharp deadly knives and blades
Try love and acceptance instead
Is there no love left to be made?

I’d love to think non-judgmental
But there’s no profit to be had
Now I’m on the edge of mental
I may go crazy, go quite mad

No sense in living your life sad
No point to be so judgmental
If there’s beauty left to be had
You just can’t be so critical

Is there a true beauty above
Watching from a heaven of love?
No question, we’re burning in hell
Let’s try and be non-judgmental…

Even just for a spell
